More Chargeback process details

As a reminder, RoadSync no longer manually recovers Chargeback funds. As per our Master Service Agreement (MSA), RoadSync will either offset the chargeback amount against the daily flow of funds to your business or will initiate an ACH debit to your bank account on file.
