What does Roadsync do to fight the chargeback?

RoadSync fights chargebacks on your behalf with every tool at our disposal. We will inform you of the nature of the dispute and list out what you can provide us as compelling evidence so that we can submit a case on your behalf. Please assist us by providing the requested information in a timely manner to ensure the best chance of successfully disputing the chargeback. Per industry standards, once a chargeback is finalized in your favor, we will deposit those funds to the bank account attached to your RoadSync account.
