      View Only Roles (Company Admin, Accountant, Financial Admin)

      Can:

      • See chargebacks
      • Get email updates
      • Cannot:
      • Upload documents
      • Ask questions in the dialog box
      • Get notifications for all companies

      Chargeback Operator Role (with Admin, Accounting, or Financial access)

      Can:

      • Upload evidence
      • Ask questions in dialog box
      • Receive notifications for specific or all companies
      • Get email alerts on chargeback status
